Jenni Stevens, LCMHC, is the owner and founder of Embodied Directions, which is a therapy practice whose mission is “to create safety and trust through compassion & shared wisdom, so that others can access and facilitate their own unique healing.” Jenni is a former colleague of mine and a well respected member of New Hampshire’s growing therapist community who is is in the process of establishing a new offering as part of her practice: a wellness sanctuary in Dover, NH where there will be opportunities for trauma informed yoga, reiki, and therapy.
