A NOTE FOR SELF-PAY CLIENTS:
Effective January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (the “No Surprises Act”), federal law states that patients not using insurance have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much medical and behavioral health care will cost. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided in writing at least one business day before your first service. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, federal law stipulates that you may dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
